Using our services

By creating an account or booking a service you agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Inspections and appraisals

Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Appraisal reports reflect conditions observed on the date of inspection.

Storage subscriptions

Annual storage renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal. If a subscription expires, access to records may be restricted until renewed. Records are retained for the period described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change. Refunds are handled case by case; contact us with any concerns.
